General Details:

▶ Complex character designs: hard-to-draw patterns or too many accessories will add $10-$25 depending on the complexity▶ Additional characters: +75% of the base price of that type of drawing is added (for example, a halfbody shot of an extra character inside a fullbody commission would add 75% of a halfbody commission, NOT a fullbody one)▶ Complex backgrounds: $10-$30 is added depending on the complexity of the background (Objects, sceneries, and environments)▶ Simple backgrounds are free (a solid color, and/or simple shapes for the background)▶ Payment is welcome upfront, but must be completed by the end of the sketching phase, once you approve the sketch▶ You should read my T.O.S/Rules page before commissioning me :3

By commissioning Gerdew you hereby accept these terms of service:

  1. References and required details:
    Ensure you provide all necessary reference images or details for your commission before I start working on your commission.

  2. Payment Methods:
    I accept payments via PayPal and Ko-fi. Please DM for more details. Full payment is required after you approve the sketch.

  3. Delivery Time:
    Commissions are delivered within 1 to 4 weeks after payment. Typically, it takes around 1 week, but delays may occur due to other commitments.

    Feel free to DM me if you haven't received an update on your commission for at least a week.

  4. Revisions:
    You can request changes throughout the process (phases: sketch → line art → color → render).

    Major changes are free up to the sketch phase; after that, they may incur additional costs.

    Minor changes are welcome at any phase.

  5. NSFW Content:
    Suggestive or NSFW commissions are only available for clients aged 18 and above.

  6. Rights and Usage:
    All rights to the artwork belong to me (Gerdew) and the artwork I make for you is for personal use only.

    You may not resell or use the artwork commercially without prior arrangement.

    For commercial use, inform me before the commission starts. Additional commercial fees will apply.

  7. Social Media:
    If you post the artwork on social media, please credit me.

  8. Refund Policy:
    You can request a full refund if I haven't started working on your commission or if I decide to cancel it before starting.

    If work has begun and you want to cancel, a fee will be deducted based on the progress made before refunding.

  9. Right to Decline:
    I reserve the right to refuse or decline any commission if I feel uncomfortable with it.

  10. AI Policy:
    Use of AI on my art in any kind, shape, or form is prohibited.
    By commissioning me, you agree not to use AI on my art. Not AI training, not to 'enhance', not to add or change it in any way.
